Order and Shipping Policy

I don't have a credit card or PayPal, are there other payment options?
That's not a problem, because you can also order from us with advance payment without further ado. You will receive the products after successfully transferring the amount. If a deposit into the account is not possible for any reason, please inform us via  service@beito.ch

I have just ordered something from Beito, when can I expect the order to arrive?
Normally the shipping time for orders that are sent in an envelope or package is 2 to 4 days. It is important to note that it is 2 to 4 working days. This means that if you order on Friday or before a public holiday, you have to expect small delays. What we unfortunately have no influence on is what happens to your order at the post office. Orders may arrive a few days late for some reason.

I need a product more urgently than the normal deadline, what can I do?
Please contact us directly via  service@beito.ch   and submit your application. We cannot guarantee everything, but we can usually find a good solution.

I want to redeem a voucher code, how do I do that?
When ordering via computer, after entering your address, a field "Gift card or discount code" will appear, where you can type in your discount code. When ordering via mobile phone, also after entering the address, click on "Show order summary" to enter your discount code.

Return Policy

I was mistakenly sent not the product I ordered, but a different one.
We are all human and mistakes happen. But of course we will exchange the wrong product immediately and apologize for the error. On  www.beito.ch/kundenservice   you will find all the exact information about it. For correct and speedy processing, we ask you to communicate exclusively using the forms provided for this purpose.

The product I received contains errors or defects, what can I do?
We always try to sort out production errors before shipping, but it can happen that errors go unnoticed and defective products are sent anyway. Please report this immediately to our service via   www.beito.ch/kundenservice  , ideally with a photo of the defective product. Your defective product will be replaced immediately and free of charge.

I don't like the size or the color, can I exchange products?
Yes, you can. You have the right to exchange any products within 14 days of placing your order by returning the product(s) received to us and we will send you the desired products again. However, it must be noted that the entire shipping costs must be borne by you. Please contact our service directly via   www.beito.ch/kundenservice   and explain your request.

I don't like my product, can I send it back?
Although we are of course very sorry that you do not like your order, you have the right to return any products to us within 14 days, whereby you have to pay the shipping costs yourself. Please contact   www.beito.ch/kundenservice   directly and explain your request.

IMPORTANT! : Any exchanges or returns must first be communicated with our service via   www.beito.ch/kundenservice   for the correct processing of your request.
